My name is Katie
I am a 45 year old registered Nutritional Therapist, who has felt all of the above challenges related to my health and still do with some of them! I'm not perfect and don't expect my clients to be either, but I'm in a much better place now having had the training and experience in how nutrition and lifestyle changes make a real difference. I help women like you reach their potential to lose weight and keep it off, manage stress, have more energy, balance their hormones and be happy in their skin.
My programmes are designed around individual needs and not about calorie counting or restricting foods that you love. I work with you to give you a greater understanding of how to eat for your body, to increase energy and motivation and feel like you again! Being in mid-life is not the countdown to the end, it's a celebration and acceptance of who you are and a change in mindset to enable you to thrive! It really is possible to start to see significant changes in 6-12 weeks depending on your symptoms, goals and commitment.
Working together
Optimising your health can require a series of changes over a period of time. Whilst some positive changes can be seen quickly, there's generally no 'quick fix'. Therefore my programmes are set at 12 weeks. I have 3 different levels depending on individual requirements and these can be discussed during your free health check. Regular contact with me over a period of time, is the most effective way for you to achieve your goals.
