What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences in order to promote optimal health, overall performance and personalised care.
All of us are unique and there is not a 'one size fits all' approach in nutritional therapy, therefore a personalised approach is always taken. I get to the root cause of symptoms of ill health by taking an in-depth approach to your medical history and presentation; promoting overall optimal health.

Personalised nutritional therapy programmes support you over a minimum of 12 weeks as I have found this can be the magic number for many people.

Nutritional therapy and coaching can also be given to a group of people experiencing similar symptoms. Whilst individuals within the group will not get 1-2-1 support, there is the option to upgrade if needed.

Nutrition education is what I am passionate about. I love talking to large groups of people talking them through top tips, helping them navigate through the vast amount of conflicting information out there! This is where my corporate and school talks can have a significant impact on people's lives.
