HELPING YOU GET

Work with us to support your Mental Health
through Nutrition

If you're struggling with mental health issues, it’s easy to overlook the role nutrition plays in how you feel day to day. You may have tried therapy, medication, or other treatments, but still find yourself stuck in a cycle of low energy, mood swings, or anxiety. What many people don’t realise is that there is a deep connection between what we eat and how we feel, and taking control of your nutrition can be a powerful tool for improving your mental health and overall wellbeing.

When you're feeling low, stressed, or anxious, convenience foods often become a go-to. Processed snacks, sugary treats, and fast food may give you a short-term boost because they trigger a dopamine hit, making you feel good for a moment. But this can quickly spiral into a vicious cycle, where the initial relief is followed by a crash in energy and mood, leaving you feeling worse than before. This can make it even harder to muster the energy to cook a nutritious meal, and you end up stuck in a loop of unhealthy eating and poor mental health.

The truth is, your brain and gut are closely connected—this is known as the gut-brain axis. The food you eat can either nourish your mental wellbeing or contribute to imbalances that worsen mood, anxiety, or depression. When you feed your body with the right nutrients, you support your gut health, which in turn can have a profound positive impact on your mood, stress levels, and mental clarity.

We understand how overwhelming it can feel to change your eating habits, especially when you're already dealing with mental health challenges. That’s why we’re here to make the process easier and more empowering.

OUR PROGRAMMES OF SUPPORT

Whether you're looking for practical advice on meal planning, quick and nutritious recipes, or deeper guidance on the best foods to support your mental health, we're here to help. Our approach is compassionate and realistic—we want to help you feel confident about the small steps you can take to make a big difference. Let us support you in creating a healthier relationship with food and, ultimately, with yourself.

We offer online and face to face 1-2-1 consultations via 10-12 week packages of support as this is a proven way of achieving the best results for my clients. Nutritional therapy takes a number of months to be able to make significant changes to health and get to the root cause of symptoms you might be experiencing.

One off consultations do not work. Your mental health, energy and foundations of health cannot be dealt with in one session. After the initial consultation, blood test recommendations and referrals to your GP or private functional testing might be required. Changes to your diet and lifestyle do not happen overnight and we will coach you to ensure you are happy and comfortable throughout the programme so that they are sustainable and manageable for long term success.

There are 3 levels of programmes depending on what your symptoms are and level of support you need. This will be discussed in your complimentary 30 minute health review.

The price is the total price for the sessions included for the total weeks of support, making all of the packages great value for money. We offer payment plans for all of our programmes to help you spread the cost should you need to.

Our nutrition clinic is based in Stockton Heath, Warrington, Cheshire and online.
