Ultimate 12 Week Programme:
This programme provides you with weekly contact so you are fully supported throughout the 12 week programme. This is perfect for you if you are really struggling with your health and recognise you need weekly coaching to get you to where you need to be.
After the initial 75 minute consultation, our sessions are weekly (between 30-45 minutes depending on the week) to enable you to make small and sustainable changes so you don't feel even more stressed out! You will establish a foundation for every day health and a personalised approach towards your symptoms. This programme will allow a deeper dive into your symptoms and getting to the root cause.
This programme will be tailored to suit your individual health and wellbeing requirements and get you back on track and feel empowered.
The focus will be on simple, effective and manageable diet and lifestyle adjustments to help support you through your symptoms. You may also require private functional testing to gain a greater understanding of your symptoms and root cause which will be discussed. Private testing is an additional cost. I work with reputable labs throughout the world to ensure the best quality and service. Fees are paid directly to the labs not to myself, but full instructions will be given. I will always endeavour to recommend any tests which can be carried out under the NHS via your GP first.
This programme is the top range of support, having sessions every week. This will suit you if you require regular contact so changes feel easier.
The package includes:
12 one-to-one sessions (1 initial 75 minute session and 11 shorter follow up sessions 30-45 minutes depending on week). Sessions are every week.
In depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, family history, medical history, lifestyle, stress and environment.
Full health assessment via initial questionnaire and initial consultation.
Nutrition & lifestyle education and guidance.
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan and supplement plan if necessary.
Recipes and meal inspiration if required.
Personal coaching to support new food choices and habits.
Identification of any red flags and referrals to GP/other medical professionals.
Recommendations of clinical tests and interpretation if necessary (all private testing is an additional cost).
